At Avalon Aura, we meticulously inspect, energize, and package all physical products before dispatch. Please read our strict operational rules regarding cancellations and returns.

By making a purchase, scheduling a consultation, or registering for an event on our platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Our items include sacred objects, personalized remedies, and digital/physical consultations tailored to your unique birth data or premises layout — strict rules apply.

Services & Consultation Bookings Policy

A. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Advance Notice Required

If you book an appointment for a personalized prediction or specialized digital consultancy and wish to cancel your scheduled slot, you must inform our support team in advance.

Eligible Service Refunds

If you provide advance notice of cancellation before any service preparation or active analysis has begun, the payment made by you will be processed and refunded within 15 working days.

Adjustments

Any advance payment processed specifically toward a preliminary chart prediction will be adjusted accordingly into the final comprehensive consultation charges.

B. No Refunds After Service Delivery

Finality of Consultations

Once you have completed your scheduled consultation session, received your layout parameters, or accepted your custom astrological/numerological roadmap, no claims for a refund will be entertained by us under any circumstances.

Retail Products Shipping & Delivery

Fulfillment Timeline

All physical, energized items (including Premium Sunstones, Lapis Lazuli Tumbles, Sacred Rudraksh Pyramids, Annapurna Pyramids, and Navgrah Yantras) are securely handled and passed to our trusted third-party logistics aggregates.

5–7 Business Days (Domestic)

Order Tracking

A dedicated tracking link will be shared via your registered email or mobile contact number as soon as your package leaves our secure dispatch facility. Keep your contact details updated to receive timely notifications.

Product Return & Exchange Policy

A. General No-Return Policy

Final Sale

We currently do not accept returns or voluntary exchanges on any finalized orders. Because our items undergo dedicated purification and alignment rituals by Reema Sangwaan to fit a client's frequency, they cannot be restocked for other users.

Exclusions

We do not accept returns or refunds on custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), final sale items, or digital gift cards.

B. Exceptions for Manufacturing Defects or Damage

Mandatory Initial Inspection

You must perform a detailed product inspection immediately upon the delivery of your package.

14-Day Claim Window

In the rare event that an item arrives with an underlying manufacturing defect, is damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong product, you must contact our support center within 14 days from the receipt of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for an administrative return or direct replacement, your item must remain in the exact condition that you received it: unworn, unused, completely unaltered, containing its original product tags, and securely placed in its original protective packaging. You must also provide your official invoice or clear proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return Case

Submit Your Request

To report a damaged or defective item, please write to us immediately at enquiries@vastukripa.com. Unauthorized items sent back to our facility without first requesting an explicit validation check will not be accepted.

Quality Verification Check

Upon receiving your request, Avalon Aura will arrange for a formal quality audit to examine the faulty or damaged material. Our team's internal technical assessment regarding the validation of the defect shall be final and binding.

Fulfillment

If your return case is approved, we will issue a return shipping label alongside comprehensive instructions on how and where to ship your package. Once verified, a replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Refunds Processing (When Applicable)

Approval Notification

We will notify you once we have successfully received, unboxed, and thoroughly inspected your returned package to let you know if the financial correction or exchange is approved.

Original Payment Method

If a financial refund is approved, the funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment gateway method. Please note that your banking institution may require additional processing time to post the transaction to your account.
